Does anyone have a quickie groove and/or know of any fault that they may have?

I have owned one and have had it for 15 months and have had a fault with the electrics since the beginning. The computer and the controller have been changed but to no availe.

It has been back to the dealer so many times i have lost count, it has evan had the warranty renewed for 2yrs, does the manufacture know there is faults with this chair? but are never avaible to be spoken to.

Iam lucky to of had a spare chair to which i have been in 90% of the time and is far more reliable than the so called new one, in my opinion its a badly engineered chair and not worth buying.
